It is hard to get going with our big burley beards and our head gear, but we are working at it.



50 min weight training – 2.5 miles
30 min pilates – 1.5 mile
15 min stair stepper - 1.5 miles
20 min - 2 miles
50 min bike - 5 miles
50 min bike - 5 miles
45 min bike - 4.5 miles
5 min stairs - .5 miles
45 min walking - 2.25 miles
40 min hula Hooping - 2 miles
45 min treadmill - 4.5 miles

45 min  incline treadmill and stair stepper - 4.5 miles
45 min weight training - 2.25 miles
30 min incline treadmill and stair stepper - 3 miles
60 min weight training - 3 miles
30 min bike - 3 miles
10 min incline treadmill - 1 mile
60 min weight training - 3 miles
30 min bike - 3 miles
 
Total= 54 miles
