Sunday 8/17 - 8.5 miles
Stair climbing - 40minutes = 4 miles
Weight Training - 30 minutes = 1.5 miles
Yoga - 60 minutes = 3 miles.
Just in time for the release of A Walk in the Woods (freakin' finally)! Teams will earn miles, through exercise, to move them from Georgia to Maine on the VIRTUAL Appalachian Trail! The purpose of this challenge is to encourage people to be active and achieve their respective fitness goals. Hopefully we can have fun and make some new friends along the way.
