Just like last time, please post your daily contributions. Because we need to track water-minutes, and I haven't thought of a better solution, please keep track of water-minutes on your posts. Something like:
Karolyn: 1.5 hours tennis (4.5), 10 min rowing (1) = 5.5 miles
I'll move the Friars ahead 5.5 miles, call out our new mileage, our new location (5.5 miles outside of Fishguard, Wales), and call our our running total of water minutes (10/100).
If Jennilyn goes cray and logs 20 minutes of rowing the next morning, she'll move our team 2 more miles ahead, and then log team water minutes of 30/100.

Just in time for the release of A Walk in the Woods (freakin' finally)! Teams will earn miles, through exercise, to move them from Georgia to Maine on the VIRTUAL Appalachian Trail! The purpose of this challenge is to encourage people to be active and achieve their respective fitness goals. Hopefully we can have fun and make some new friends along the way.
